We like to meet customers in person whenever possible. We'll walk the property with you, look at the existing roof, and assess the scope of what's needed. In cases where you can't be there, we can conduct inspections and measurements independently — we'll just make sure to communicate clearly about what we found.
For most roofing jobs, you'll have a written quote within 24 hours of our visit. Sometimes we can put a number together on the spot. The estimate spells out exactly what work will be done, what materials will be used, and what the total cost is — no surprises.
Once you approve the estimate, we get you on the schedule. For most roofing projects, we're able to get to work within two weeks.
Our crew handles the tear-off and disposal of the old roofing material, installs the new roof using quality materials, and cleans up the site when we're done. We don't cut corners on the install — the 5-year warranty we offer means we have skin in the game on every job.

Our 5-year warranty applies to complete new roof installations. It covers the quality of our workmanship and the installed roofing system.
One important clarification: we do not extend warranty coverage to jobs that involve adding new shingles on top of existing metal decking without a full replacement. If we’re doing the entire roof — tear-off, deck inspection, full installation — that’s a warranted job. Layover applications on metal decking are a different situation and won’t carry the same guarantee.
We’ll always be upfront about this before a quote is finalized so there’s no confusion later.
